Please fix the app!! It’s hard to sync and when it does, there is no data... everything is zero.

The SNS alert needs to add Snapchat, gmail, etc

I was excited about the rust band and this app. But it failed to deliver in few ways. 1- As someone pointed out here the app counts arm movement as steps. Which is ver lousy. I like playing sports (bball/soccer) to reach my goals, so the app/firmware not understanding the difference between arm movements and steps is sad. Not sure if the same is true for other premium products. Luckily, I was able to find a way around this...keep reading (or go to end) 2- I was more disappointed to find out the app doesnt know what date it is--it is 1 week behind. So all summaries and weekly data are always showing 0. Simple error but still frustrating. 3. I bought two of theses products, the integer one se m to work ok. I was looking around and the issue has to do with the firmware. My firmware is 10 versions behind (this could become even security issue), and despite the seemingly available feature in the app, I was unable to update the firmware...in fact, it is impossible to click on update firmware as it is not responsive. Now to the solutions: I was able to fix the first two issues (or I think I did), by allowing the app write to my health app on my I phone. When I do this, my health app shows me a more reliable count than the app or my rosy band shows me. Even when the rust band/app claims I have made much more steps. In fact at times after basketball games, I saw that the steps I had taken was reduced to 80% of what was claimed by my rust band or this app. This are issues you should fix!

Is it me or does this app not work? It doesnt sync regularly. Although Im meeting my goal daily the graph has All zeros-what the hell! Totally Useless

This app is dead on arrival. It does absolutely nothing. None of the icons work. It will not find my morefit band. I was able to get the other two Veryfit apps to work but they do not have an orientation setting for at he display. Seriously considering a return to seller for a refund.

The app stopped collecting my data. I have Bluetooth on, the app shows my band connected ... but it still doesnt collect my heart rate and sleep activity! I shows my steps sometimes, but everything else, nope. Whats the point of having this band when I cant see my results? Very dissatisfied ... please update the app and fix this issue!

Very poorly translated, which doesnt bother me as much as the fact that one day my band wouldnt show up on the app. Im still getting text alerts on my band but am unable to bind it to my phone to turn the alerts off. Even when it was paired properly, it was also very slow to sync step data.

The overall experience is great but the detailed things you expect to work just doesnt. Its incredibly inaccurate and syncing with iPhone heart app its reading different number always. PLEASE FIX consistency on the app!!!!

App doesnt work. Have Bluetooth connected, everything set up. No data at all on app. Very disappointing

Useless app. I know the bracelet is connected to my phone, I get all alerts. Sometimes the app even displays the steps taken. However, after a day or two the data about those steps taken is gone from the app.

I love this app I like how it tell me when someone calls and when someone texted me. It ever handy so I dont always have to pick up my phone the only thing I dont like about I The Bluetooth is not very strong. Where u have to have your phone with you. In the same room. In order for it to work. And I wish it could me when I gat Snapchats too. It just makes more sense

I guess this is going back... I cant get the app to open (like so many others) and am having a difficult time reading some of the instructions. So disappointing!

It doesnt display or keep anything but my monthly data, and doesnt keep it past the end of any given month. Syncs horribly with Apple Health. Sleep data is inaccurate or doesnt read at all. Overall crummy app.
